The Old Pump House at Chimney Field House is a unique  and quirky dwelling which was originally a water treatment works for the local village of Methven. It was renovated and and converted in 2020. Just 6 miles from the centre of Perth, this tiny house offers access to miles of glorious Perthshire countryside. With plenty of private parking and modern fixtures and fittings, The Old Pump house offers the perfect accommodation for lovers of the great outdoors.

The space
The Old Pump House has a modern, industrial feel to reflect its former use, but a cosy welcoming space for guests. It has a log burner for chilly evenings in, and a large deck with BBQ for warm Summer days. The mezzanine level with a head height of 130cm, and with access only by fixed ladder, offers a unique, comfortable sleeping area, but do mind your head!

Facilities
The Old Pump House has a king sized double bed on the mezzanine. There is under floor heating in the living area and kitchen, a washing machine with condenser dryer, clothes horse, hair dryer, coffee machine, TV with Amazon Firestick, free WiFi, and an Amazon Echo Dot with Spotify. There is also about an acre of grounds with a newly planted wood to enjoy.
